Michael
Barrett
General Manager
Michael
graduated from the Queensland Institute of Technology in 1982 with a
degree in Mechanical Engineering and joined Babcock-Hitachi K.K. in
1984, transferring to CBH in 1995 as Site Manager and Project Manager.
Michael was appointed General Manager in 2002 and joined the CBH Board
on the 1st June 2003.
Michael has extensive experience in the construction of Power Industry
boilers having worked on Tarong PS, Callide ‘B’ PS, Stanwell PS, Collie
PS and most recently, Callide ‘C’ PS during the construction phase of
these projects.

Gary Ruoso
Manager
- South East Queensland Operations
Gary joined CBH in November 2002.
He has 22 years experience in maintenance and overhauls of power
generation units in Queensland.
He has a mechanical trade background and held mechanical supervisory,
procurement and overhaul management positions within the industry.

Peter McKee
Manager
- Central Queensland Operations
Having joined the company in 1977,
Peter has over 30 years Senior Commercial and Management experience in the construction and maintenance of Power Industry boilers,
having worked on Tarong PS, Callide ‘B’ PS, Stanwell PS, Collie PS, and Callide ‘C’ PS during the construction phase of these projects.
He has assisted in the development of our Maintenance Division and the establishment of long term
Partnering relationships with our extensive list of Power Station, Process Plant and Sugar Industry clients.
